Responsibilities
As Senior Vice President, Sean oversees Randstad Technologies' Eastern markets, including offices in ME, MA, NY, NJ, VA, NC, SC, FL, GA, PA, IN, MO, OH, MD, and DC. Sean was also an integral part of the inception and development of the company's National and International recruiting divisions which today continue to be a key differentiator for Randstad Technologies. Additionally, he has been successful at expanding the company's geographic footprint into new markets for the company.

Company History
Sean joined Randstad Technologies in 2000 since which time he has demonstrated a proven track record of achieving exemplary results. Sean has been able to excel in each position he has held within his company career including roles as Recruiter, Account Manager, Branch and Regional Manager, Vice President, and most recently, Senior Vice President. Under Sean's direction, his region has grown in excess of 90% in the last three years and during this time he has built an internal infrastructure and client base that stands as the foundation for future growth.

Philanthropic Activities
In 2010, Sean was inducted as a board member of the Boston March of Dimes Chapter. This organization's mission is to improve the health of babies by preventing birth defects, premature birth, and infant mortality. Sean is also a committee member of the March of Dimes FDR gala as well as a member of the Boston Chamber of Commerce Workforce Development Committee.

Matt Colarusso, Regional Manager – Randstad Technologies Virtual Recruiting

Matt holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Merrimack College in North Andover, MA.

Company History
Matt joined Randstad Technologies in 1998 as a Permanent Placement Coordinator in Woburn, Massachusetts. In 2000, he transitioned into the role of Internal Recruiter responsible for helping staff Sapphire’s West Coast branch operations. In 2001, reporting directly to the President of the company, he was promoted to oversee Randstad Technologies; internal hiring for branch offices in the North, Mid-Atlantic, and West Regions as well as for all of Randstad Technologies' Corporate Operations.

In 2002, Matt transitioned into the role of Technical Recruiter for Randstad Technologies' National Recruiting Division. In 2004, he was promoted to Branch Manager of the National Recruiting Division and in 2005 he helped open the Strategic Accounts Team specializing in recruiting support for Randstad Technologies' key accounts across North America. Today, Matt is responsible for Randstad Technologies' virtual recruiting organization with offices located in Woburn, MA, Iselin, NJ and Sacramento, CA. He also oversees DBConcepts, Randstad Technologies' offshore recruiting division. These virtual teams are responsible for more than 550 external consultants going to work every day with Randstad Technologies clients throughout the country.  

Matt has also contributed to numerous articles for the IT Staffing industry.
